Taking on the Challenge to Grow with Operational Perspective and On-site Capabilities

In 2020, ADOC International celebrated its 30th anniversary. When I used to work as an engineer for a manufacturer, there were times when I observed gaps between providers of technology/products and users. My strong desire to be a specialist who can always close that gap drove me to establish this company.
For ten years after the foundation, we focused on building the foundation through our high-quality technology and speedy services. Then, for the next ten years after that, we worked on developing the business environment, like organization and people. Then, for the ten years after that until our 30th anniversary, we aimed to expand the scope of our business, focusing on improving our services. What has never changed since our foundation is our desire to provide services that our clients can truly feel happy about. We continued to grow with ICT solutions for the telecom industry at the core of our business.

Today, Internet has become an IT infrastructure serving as the core of the social infrastructure, such as power, gas, water, and roads. Our company is essential for communication companies that play central roles in these infrastructures, as we are experts when it comes to the verification, development, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems. Our experience and knowledge in the telecom industry will be needed even more by other industries seeking refined technology and expertise.

We are currently involved with many projects bringing major technological innovations in society, like 5G (5th generation mobile communication systems), IoT, and Big Data. Our clients and business partners highly value and trust our software quality verification business aimed at improving the QCD in the development process. Our top priority is to have an Operational Perspective, with an understanding of the needs of actual users, and On-site Capabilities, where we quickly deal with and solve issues in various work environments. Our great strength is our management style which accurately deals with the changes and needs of the times.

Looking ahead to the next ten and twenty years, we will rise to an even higher level. We will improve our corporate value and become an essential entity in society. We will continue to put all the effort into getting all of our stakeholders to be satisfied even more than ever before.

For this purpose, our company needs to fully support individuals trying to be independent and achieve growth. We need to cherish the values and power produced on-site and be a company that can bring happiness and joy to our customers.

Since our foundation, we have always been a pioneer in the information industry in developing companies with underdeveloped infrastructure. Each small discovery we made on-site became part of our expertise to deal with changing economies and social conditions. This expertise drives our corporate activities and serves our customers, employees, family members, and stakeholders.

SDGS GOAL

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) were adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015 as the successor to the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) formulated in 2001. They are international goals that aim for a sustainable and better world by 2030. With 17 goals and 169 targets, SDGs pledge to “leave no one behind” on the planet.

  • Goal 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure
  • Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are universal initiatives that developed countries should work on with developing countries. Japan, as well as our company, should actively work on these initiatives.

ADOC International’s mission is to “Create a Company where Everyone can Find Happiness.” Since the foundation of our business, we have been pioneering the information industry globally, especially in developing countries with underdeveloped infrastructures. Our wish is to establish mutual support in the local community and global community through ICT (Information and Communication Technology), and our guiding principle is to actualize “rich people and society.”

We utilize our ICT engineering and testing (quality verification) technology to develop ICT infrastructures using 5G, IoT, and AI. In addition, we use these technologies as new solutions that accelerate the innovations of development environments and work hard to contribute to various industries and technological innovations.

Our initiatives and businesses, such as the above, contribute significantly to achieving the SDGs adopted unanimously in 2015 by the UN. We pledge to continue to contribute to the sustainable development of society.

SDGs GOAL

Among the 17 goals from the SDGs, ADOC International will focus on the below goals in particular. We will regularly post updates on our website regarding the details of our activities, new target initiatives, and achievements.

Since our foundation, ADOC International has implemented projects to develop communication infrastructure facilities in mainly developing countries. Through our past projects, we witnessed the poverty and the gap between the rich and the poor that were unimaginable living in Japan. These experiences strengthened our belief that there are values that cannot be measured by profit alone if we consider the “purpose of our work” for the company and each employee.
SDGs are indicators that show the progress of our mission shared by the company and all the employees to realize a society without poverty.

The corporate philosophy of ADOC International includes “creating a company where everyone can find happiness” through our ICT services that we have developed over many years and make “people and society richer.” To visualize our philosophy through growth strategies, we focus on the latest technologies, such as 5G (5th generation mobile communication systems), AI, IoT, and test automation, because we consider them to be areas and topics of technology that can contribute to solving social issues.
In the future, we will lead the development and operation of ICT infrastructure technology, including 5G, and promote new product services and software quality verification services connecting Japan and the world. With it, we will contribute to the SDGs by supporting the building of infrastructure for industries, achieving technological innovation, and aiming for steady business growth.
Our employees will continue to work together to solve issues of our stakeholders, local communities, and the people in developing countries. We will contribute to actualizing the sustainable society that SDGs aim for.
